Attach the receipt or another proof of purchase. You will receive a reply to a filed complaint within the legal deadline of 8 days, and an accepted complaint is resolved within 15 days.<\/p>\n<h2>Returning goods<\/h2>\n<p>Goods are returned undamaged, in the original packaging, with all accompanying documentation.
