Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal form is supplied with the shipment.

Complaints

You can file a complaint through the contact page. Attach the receipt or another proof of purchase. You will receive a reply to a filed complaint within the legal deadline of 8 days, and an accepted complaint is resolved within 15 days.

Returning goods

Goods are returned undamaged, in the original packaging, with all accompanying documentation. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products and the microneedle applicator cannot be returned.
